Planning + Prepping Rituals

I am totally that person that plans. That person that like to keep things organized. I started implementing a few key things into my life about 10 years ago.

I know that these things keep my life running smoother.

I know that these things save brain power.
I know that these things help me not have decision fatigue.

When we take the time to plan out you save yourself so much brain space, time, and energy. You don't fall into decision fatigue.

The secret to your success is truly hidden in your routine.

I am not saying that you have to do the same thing every single day, all day. Cause really how boring would that be?

But to have a ritual of those things that you need to do on a daily basis is so important. It helps to make the things you want more of in your life a priority. It gives more room in your day to day life.

It will drastically reduce stress, anxiety, overwhelm, falling short of your goals and your true potential. Designing a ritual that works for you helps you to be more productive, in control, and the best person you possibly can be.

A routine is the path to freedom, productivity, happiness, and fully filling your true potential.

Creating structure in your life stops the guessing game. It keeps your priorities and goals moving forward. Keeping them at the forefront of your brain. Saving time with your routine. Keeping head space open for other things.

Time is our most valuable resource. By following a ritual, we free up time that would be spent on planning, decision making, and preparation in our daily lives.

A few of the things that are a must for me on the weekends are:

Meal planning: I usually do 2 to 4 weeks at a time. This is either putting on a calendar or making a list of all the Supers, Lunches, Snacks, and Breakfasts that you will need for the week.

Groceries for the week: You have the plan now you just have to go through the cupboards, fridge and freezer to see what you will need to pick up to have on hand for your menu. This is also really great because it saves you money when you head to the store. Picking up only the things that are on your list.

Meal Prep: This one is really helpful when you have a busy week. Having things prepared and ready to grab and go or things ready to just cook helps you to eat good foods. To not eat out. To stay healthy.

Planning My Week: I know that plans don’t always work out. But when I take the time to have a look forward at what my week looks like, I then know what to expect. It gives you a look at the big picture. Making it easier to keep things rolling forward and not falling into decision fatigue. It helps to give me the time to have things prepared rather than having to get things done last minute and rushed.

These are key things that help me keep things running as smoothly as I can. Finding what works for you is so important. My rituals may not work for you. This causes stress onto you. That’s why getting your rituals Tailored to your needs is and then tweaking it as you go along is the key.

These are key tools that you learn in the ReAwaken Program. Making your life run smoother + more organized is key to living a more peaceful life. Having the accountability to truly make the shifts that you are looking for to feeling better in the skin you're in.

Take your health into your control.
